The eastern end of Playa Teta, (Tit Beach), at Punta Barco, Panama. Punta Barco translates to English as boat point and this tip of the beach looks like a bow of a big ship or boat. The palm trees blow in the breeze and gentle waves roll onto the shoreline. Around the corner from the ship's bow is another beach leading into Coronado, Panama.
Punta Barco is a small residential community west of Coronado, Panama that is being developed into an exclusive beach community. Two new high rise condominium buildings are being built, along with a number of new single family residences. This is one of the many areas in Panama that has started to feel the boom of the strong economy in the country.
